PURPOSE:

Monitors and coordinates equipment and machinery installations through startup and commissioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute approved strategies and plans that will result in goal attainment.
• Effective coordination of multiple crews.
• Crew leader coordination: Oversee all installation.

schedules, jobs, and resources.

• Scheduling: Direct the install leads on a job specific basis.
• Expense Management: Manage & report credit card expenses each month.
• Payroll tracking: Manage weekly payroll and ensure each employee is paid accurately.
• Tool and Fleet Asset Management.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives as a Cross-Functional team member.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience in managing medium to large size side projects for plant/ manufacturing facility.
• Electrical and/ or mechanical engineering experience.
• Degree in construction, project, or business management, civil engineering or related.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to work through project issues with customers in a timely manner.
• Technically competent and proficient with various software programs: Excel,

Word, Outlook, Smartsheet, etc.

• Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, E-mail & Phone calls
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Fast Paced Multi-Tasker.
• Attention to Details.
• Strong work ethic.
