Position Details
Position Details:- Create training binders as needed.
- Update all Resource Manuals on shared Drive.
- Create and update all reminders for work stations in call center.
- Assist counselors with MediK entries.
- Compile statistical data from call center.
- Obtain AOC and Mobile/Telemobile schedule.
- Maintains hospital listings and satellite OP listings.
- Update and maintain Call Center key contacts and directories as needed.
- Routes incoming mail promptly and to the correct departments or individuals. Maintains awareness of highly confidential and/or important documents received at the hospital (as assigned).
- Assure break room area is clean and presentable.
- Maintain and order office supply overflow.
- Assists with audits.
- Able to maintain professionalism in a variety of stressful situations.
Qualifications
Education:- High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience
- Previous patient care or clinical experience preferred.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
