They enjoy building a business and providing top-notch customer service, providing one-on-one support to families and students throughout their entire Sylvan experience. They’re responsible for driving profitability by performing sales activities and managing the overall operations of the center.
Sylvan Learning is the industry leader in providing supplemental education, guaranteeing positive results every step of the way. As a Center Director, you will oversee daily operations in a thriving center, optimize sales and marketing activities, and ensure a consistent, quality educational experience for our customers. This role offers valuable personal growth and training in various aspects of business, including operations management, sales, marketing, finance, human resource management, and customer relationship management.

- Competitive base salary range of $48,000 - $70,000, with lucrative incentives

As a Successful Center Director, You Will:
- Maximize student enrollments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty
- Engage in marketing activities to increase brand awareness
- Recruit, train, and manage your center's team
- Establish collaborative relationships with students' teachers
- Create an exceptional learning environment that exceeds expectations
Specific Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with a desire to be successful
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous education, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-sufficient and performance-driven
- Organizational and time management skills

- Coachable attitude and ability to adhere to processes
