What we need

We're seeking a talented Benefits Manager to join the Total Rewards team within our Human Resources organization. In this role you will drive the development, implementation, and management of our employee benefits programs. What we do

The Total Rewards team is part of the Human Resources organization, which is responsible for recruitment, administration, compensation, benefits, training & development, performance management and employee relations.

What you'll do
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design, develop, and implement innovative and competitive benefits strategies aligned with the company's growth trajectory and employee needs. Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs, identify areas for improvement, and make informed recommendations for enhancements.
  • Create and launch an engaging wellness program.
  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with insurance brokers, plan administrators, and other third-party vendors to effectively manage all employee benefit programs, including negotiating contracts, and evaluating service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the annual renewal process including collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure benefit offerings are competitive, affordable and in compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate and oversee employee leaves of absence in partnership with third party administrator, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant federal and state laws and accurate record keeping.
  • Document and optimize standard operating procedures for all benefits-related processes, including for health insurance, dental, vision, life, disability, leaves, and 401k.
  • Provide guidance to HR teammates on benefit-related matters and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, offering guidance, and support while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate all necessary plan audits and ensure compliance, timeliness, and accuracy with governmental regulations, reporting, and fees.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for new hires and annual enrollment to educate employees about available benefits, ensuring maximum participation and understanding.
  • Partner with the HR Systems to coordinate the transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan administration from Workday.
  • Additional duties and activities as assigned.


What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in benefits implementation and administration in a fast-paced high-growth company.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and initiate innovative benefit initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools, Workday HCM preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong understanding of benefits regulations and compliance standards with demonstrated credibility as a subject matter expert.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to write clearly and concisely in a professional manner.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
