What You'll Do Symbotic is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the finance organization. The right candidate has the potential to move throughout the FP&A organization and support teams such as corporate planning, customer project reporting and investor relations. Responsibilities will include financial reporting requirements, various weekly and monthly reporting, preparation of Management Review Packages, investor relations support, business forecasting, M&A modeling, and involvement with ad-hoc projects. In This Role Take a leadership role within the FP&A team and mentor the other financial analysts. Learn and understand all aspects of the business by rotating throughout the finance organization to maintain standard reporting metrics. Monitor actual financial performance and compare budget and/or forecast projections, analyze and interpret variances, prepare a variety of reports and provide recommendations in coordination with the business units. Assist in the creation of public and private company financial reporting packages. Support forward looking business decisions by tracking trends and metrics and delivering actionable insights on financial and business performance. Perform Ad-hoc financial and variance analysis upon request. Be an active member of Finance team, seek ways to cross-pollinate best practices across the program segments including but not limited to engineering, operations, manufacturing, and site support. Independently interact with, present to, and support senior management and m onitor overall actual vs budget forecast performance and provide recommendations in partnership with the business. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of financial or project analyst experience; must demonstrate working knowledge in relevant areas. Advanced Excel skills with experience in building/managing financial models and analyzing financial data. Excellent organization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge in enterprise software like NetSuite, Oracle, and Tableau. Comfortable handling confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting with senior management. Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment. Working knowledge of GAAP, as applied to financial reporting standards. Regular and dependable in person attendance. Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
