Responsibilities:
Book appointments with clients who have contacted us and indicated an interest in our products
Match them with the best product(s) to meet their needs
Fill out insurance application forms
Maintain contact with clients throughout the application/underwriting/approval process
Monitor pending policies and provide insurance carriers with outstanding requirements in a timely manner
Conduct yourself with exceptional integrity, kindness, and professionalism
Uphold the agency's Core Values at all times
Requirements:
Must live and be authorized to work in the United States
Valid life and health insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
Growth mindset and flexible attitude
Humble, coachable, team player
Intrinsic motivation and self-discipline to work independently when necessary
Desire to grow both personally and professionally
