Job Description – Vice President, Sales
Reports to: SVP Sales, Symphony Wireless

The Opportunity
Reporting to the SVP, Sales, this a unique opportunity be a Vice President of Sales for one of the key investment platforms for an entrepreneurial and innovative technology infrastructure investment organization. The VP of Sales, working closely with the Origination group, will have the opportunity to develop and execute a strategy to grow and manage the internal broker team and drive a robust pipeline of new cell-site lease acquisitions. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute broker acquisition strategy and Plan
- Strategize and execute an annual sales plan that drives predictable revenue and continually hits sales targets; provide monthly/quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications.
- Develop and monitor KPIs across the Internal Broker team and use data to ensure quality within all stages of the sales cycle and to drive optimization opportunities in our sales processes.
- Outlining and managing sales budgets. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional departments and colleagues, including Sales, Origination, and Marketing.
Onboard, Train and Manage Internal Brokers
- Continue to build and scale a high performing distributed Internal Broker team while maintaining a culture that fosters ownership, collaboration, transparency, and goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position.
- Minimum of 4 years experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate brokerage.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
- Experience working with Salesforce is an asset as is experience working with real estate property information sources.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and intellectual curiosity, and the ability to balance business requirements.
- Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate, seek constructive feedback, build relationships, promote teamwork, and remain flexible and adaptable to change.
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Open to traveling nationwide to clients as needed. Travel will be reimbursed or a company card will be provided.
