We are looking for a talented Production Engineer to join our team & help ensure the seamless operation of our production systems, troubleshoot issues effectively and collaborate closely with our development teams.

- Team Up with Dev Experts: When challenges arise, collaborate seamlessly with our development crew to troubleshoot and resolve them swiftly.
- Seek Excellence Every Day: Always have an eye out for better system performance. Share your insights and let's boost our efficiency together.
- Prioritize Digital Safety: Partner with our security squad to pinpoint vulnerabilities, fortifying our application's integrity and safety.
- Dashboard Mastery: Design and refine intuitive dashboards for real-time insights into our system's health and metrics.
- Advance Our Monitoring Practice: Help elevate our monitoring capabilities. By improving tools and practices, we ensure timely issue detection and resolution.

Here’s what you’ll need
- Educational Background: A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Analytical Mind: You think proactively and have a knack for critically examining systems.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiar with up-to-date monitoring tools and well-versed in best practices.
- Software Dev Experience: It's crucial you have at least 10 years of experience in:
- Linux: Comfortable with the basics and beyond.
- Networking Concepts: Understand the intricacies.
- Various cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure etc
- K8S (Kubernetes): Navigate and implement with ease.
- Distributed Systems: Manage tasks that run across multiple microservices & clouds.
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Highly available and scalable distributed systems facing customer traffic
- Golang, Rails , NoSQL, Relational database, Kafka
- Cyber security problem space

($115,000 - $185,000 USD p/y) Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
