Position Overview
Synapses IOM’s Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Specialists are highly trained, credentialed, multi-skilled, allied health professionals who perform multi-modality neurophysiologic tests including, but not limited to, evoked potentials (EP), electromyography (EMG), brain mapping, motor cranial EMG, and electroencephalography (EEG).
Our professional team will detect, and alert should a change occur in the central or peripheral nervous system. This allows our surgeons to alter their surgical technique and reduce the risk of temporary or permanent post-operative neurological deficits.
We are currently looking for experienced candidates with CNIM or CNIM eligibility with a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in a health-related field. Ideal candidates will have 2 or more years’ experience of intraoperative neuromonitoring experience, but entry level candidates will also be considered.
