Requirements:

  • Availability to work 100% on Client’s site in Boca Raton, FL (required);
  • Experience in IT Service Management and Infrastructure Monitoring (6 years)
  • Experience with ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Configuration, Knowledge Management, Event Management and CMDB;
  • Experience with configuring, Customizing, Administering performing upgrade CA Service Desk Manager [SDM];
  • Experience with Configuring/Administering CA Service Point/xFlow Analyst interface;
  • Experience implementing/Configuring/Customizing CA Workflows to support incident, request and change process workflows;
  • Experience integrating CA SDM Incident Management with Event/Alert Management tool

Solarwinds Orion for automatic incident creation/resolution and with other data sources for auto ticket creation in CA SDM using various APIs like REST, TEXT API;

  • Experience with Implementation, Configuration, Administration of CA Configuration Automation;
  • Experience in Creating/Defining Business Services and Service Mapping;
  • Experience with CA Business Intelligence: Jaspersoft Studio and Jaspersoft Server;
  • Experience with Solarwinds Orion and Solarwinds Database Performance Analyzer (preferred);
  • Experience in Infrastructure Monitoring and Polling techniques/methods using ICMP, SNMP,

WMI, Agents (preferred);

  • Experience in basic administration of Solarwinds Orion tool - NPM, NCM, IPAM, NTA, SAM

Modules (preferred);

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $54,826.10 - $158,960.52 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • IT Service Management and Infrastructure Monitoring: 7 years (Preferred)
  • ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, Request: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Administering performing CA Service Desk Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
