AVP, Salesforce Technology Project Manager, Synchrony Bank, West Chester, OH. Utilize in-place Project Management process to manage new application development projects for Sales, Originations, Operations, Risk, Finance and Marketing through complete project lifecycles. Interact with business users to gather and validate requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs for new architecture. Lead an offshore team for new application development and cycle maintenance. Perform architecture design, code reviews, systems, integration, user acceptance testing, and roll-out of new applications.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
· Developing and implementing information systems;
· Preparing control plans identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements;
· Project Management: gathering business need requirements, planning and defining business solutions, and working with the application and infrastructure teams to manage the project through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); and
· Working as a liaison with one or more of the following business functions for IT projects: Sales, Marketing, and/or Operations.
Up to 20% domestic travel required.
