Syndeo has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in the commercial construction industry. The right candidate will be well versed in Accounts Payables and Receivables in QuickBooks. This position is classified as a temp-to-hire, with direct hire consideration for applicants with construction industry experience.
Specific Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Verify and enter payroll hours
- Accounts Receivables and Payables
- Complete contractors’ monthly applications for payments, waivers, affidavits, etc
- General administrative duties
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Contractor QuickBooks
- Excellent Excel skills required
- Prefer knowledge of G702, G703, Waivers, Pay Apps
Soft Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized, concise, detailed, and efficient
- Flexible and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strict confidentiality is required regarding payroll and other personal information as it pertains to company employees
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
Hourly pay based on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5
