What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cab Assembly position at Syndeo?
Syndeo Staffing has an immediate temp-to-hire opening for a Cab Assembler at a local manufacturing company.
Schedule – Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay $18/hour
Duties
- Perform processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and repairs, as well as fabrication of parts and calibration of instruments using hand tools as well as electronic and pneumatic tooling.
- Install and perform sub-assembly of 12 Volt Automotive type accessories including, Air Conditioning, Lighting, Stereos, Fans, and Miscellaneous Attachments.
- Stocking, receiving and inventorying parts.
- Troubleshoot problems and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Adjust or develop work methods or procedures in response to changes made in assembly and design.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Assist others in jobs or tasks that require two or more people for completion.
- Check order manifest to ensure all equipment is correctly installed and within acceptable parameters.
Requirements
- Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to provide your own basic hand tools.
- Must have basic knowledge of Electrical Systems
