Vice President Marketing

Position: Vice President of Marketing/CMO (RETAIL)

Location: South Florida - Relocation Provided

Top Prioritized Must Haves:

• Experience managing websites that bring in 300,000 monthly users
• Experience selling/marketing a physical product within the past two years that is NOT a household name
• Consumer Packaged Goods marketing experience
• Proven track record in bringing in $1M in paid media ads per month

Additional Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience within digital marketing with a focus on customer acquisition
• Analytical - must have experience in rigorous performance data environment
• Successfully tested into and launched at scale both upper funnel and lower funnel channels
• Strong knowledge/insight on Facebooks paid advertising platform, paid search, native ads, and sponsored campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Hire individuals, coach, develop, and mentor an existing team
• Accountable and responsible for managing KPIs including but not limited to:
• Contribution Margin, Net Profit, MER, New Customers, CPA, Spend, Sessions, RPS, CPM, ROAS, CAC/CLTV ratio, etc.
• Drive strategy and execution of our performance and re-engagement marketing efforts as we continue to scale growth, expand channel mix, and drive lifetime value by building habits & loyalty for unique customer segments
• Maintain and evolve a testing framework to expand our volume & pace of learning across the business
• Work with team to report and analyze campaign performance, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights
• Lead reporting and analytics across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPI's (LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel ROAS targets, retention cohorts, customer churn feedback, etc.)
