The mission of a Syndigo Project Administrator is to manage project deadlines, provide updates, handle inquiries, and ensure all timelines are met. The goal is to ensure we are delivering quality products and services that exceed client expectations. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and strong excel skills. There are various concepts that will need to be understood and applied to a variety of situations. You will need to make discretionary judgment calls to provide excellent service to customers by performing the following duties personally or alongside other team members and outside vendors.

- Manage client relationships and provide status updates to all applicable teams
- Create and manage project milestones
- Resolve all client complaints and inquiries professionally and provide detailed documentation of all interactions
- Assist in billing, when needed to rectify any discrepancies
- Provide support and make recommendations on process improvements to assist in exceeding customer satisfaction
- All other duties as assigned
