JOB: Kafka Administrator
Location: Alpharetta GA / NYC NY

Requirements
- Design, build, test and deploy quality messaging and streaming solutions that are consistent with project objectives, technology architecture standards.
- The admin should be able to design and implement event sourcing strategies, administer enterprise wide messaging architecture and provide daily management of Kafka ecosystem
- Manage multi node Kafka cluster environments.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all Kafka environment builds including design, capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning and ongoing monitoring
- Perform day-to-day operational maintenance, support and upgrade for the Kafka cluster
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other teams
- Excellent analytical thinking to find simple solutions to complex problems
