Role: Lead Reactjs Developer
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States
Day 1 Hybrid Onsite
Responsibilities:
• Building and codifying a reusable framework-agnostic Design system.
• Create front-end code and tooling to deliver at a pace.
• Work with Architecture, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the correct technical decisions are being made to deliver brilliant experiences.
• Support the analysis of content delivery and offer performance solutions.
• Write unit tests and other automated tests.
• Contribute to tribe ceremonies, platform technical direction, and strategy.
• Technical analysis and troubleshooting of operational and security-related issues.
Skills:
• At least 6 years years experience building React webapps
• Excellent command over React, redux, javascripts, HTML5 and CSS
• Provided effective team management and mentoring for over 3 years to foster professional growth and drive team success
• Demonstrated ability to build 0-1 product from using React.
• Demonstrated ability of managing frontend engineers
• Proven skills in developing a production level end to end UI application on their own
• Familiarity with Version Control tools, deployment, cloud services and CI/CD
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative, with an eagerness to learn
• Comfortable working in an Agile work environment with an incredibly fast pace and a large degree of independence.
