Job Description
Position: MS Bookings Engineer
Location: Weehawken, NJ. Onsite (3days a week)
Duration: Long Term
Qualifications
- Solid understanding on MS Bookings product and experience configuring calendars and Architecture experience is required
- Solid experience with MS Bookings, MS Exchange, EXO and M365 Services
- Strong administrative experience with large scale Multi-Geo implementations
- PowerShell and scripting
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and test driven development (TDD)
- Strong documentation skills for architectures, designs, test plans, test cases, and other artifacts
- Strong analytical skills for designing solutions, methodical testing, and problem-solving skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- You are an excellent communicator, in person and using conferencing technologies with a diverse and global team
- Self-starter, comfortable creating solutions independently or collaboratively
- A multi-tasker, well organized and thrive in a dynamic environment, always learning new things
- Collaborative in nature, willing to share ideas, debate solutions and achieve consensus
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proactive and creative (and you love making a difference)
Responsibilities
- Easily navigate there way around MS Bookings
- Plan, design and engineer MS Bookings solutions to integrate with inhouse applications and processes
- Understand the various configurations on MS Bookings with respect to O365, for example turn on and off various properties relevant to MS Bookings
- Understand O365 so they can easily navigate the various products around the O365 suite
- Create and integrate automated governance solutions to enforce usage policies and make it easy to consume and manage our services
- Translate ideas into valuable business solutions
