Responsibilities
- Value Engineer blueprints regarding structural elements such as trusses, EWP, wall bracing, and headers
- Develop & maintain an "Architectural Detail Book" which for reference within individual blueprints and contracts
- Draft Construction Documents, as needed, for prototype product offerings
- Will also be assigned additional responsibilities to support the overall growth of our client as determined by management
- Will drive the creative development of Home's residential product offering under the direction of Home's Product Manager.
- Role will manage those firms in the development of all construction documents and blueprints, provide additional details, and check for completeness and clarity.
- Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time "exempt" position.
