The Quality Assurance Manager is a customer facing role. You will be responsible for performing application audits and assisting with call monitoring to ensure adherence to program business rules and Engagement Center policies and procedures. You will also monitor and document agent call quality in support of the departmental quality goals and initiatives.
You will:
- Assist the Director, Operations & Quality with SOP’s; write, review, update and finalize, and maintain SOP drive.
- Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound calls in all programs within Engagement Center to ensure quality, customer service and adherence to policies and procedures of the organization.
- Provide HIPAA training & ensure compliance.
- Provide trending reports demonstrating impact from coaching and training.
- Record evaluations utilizing departmental quality monitoring forms.
- Deliver coaching feedback to agents on call and email performance.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active HCP license (RN, NP, PharmD, PA, etc)
- 3 – 5 years of Engagement Center/Call Center experience
- 2 years of experience managing Quality Assurance in an Engagement Center environment
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop new and existing support agents.

Salary : $91,900 - $116,000
