The Treasury team is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Associate Director of Finance and Treasury. This leader will help manage the corporate cash management activities, cash forecasting, liquidity management, financial analysis and debt management. This position reports to the VP, Finance and Treasurer

Job Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Positioning and Forecasting: Manages cash flows and minimizes idle cash. Helps to manage preparation of cash flow forecast. Ensures optimal collection, concentration, and disbursement of funds with optimal process and controls, applied consistently across the globe. Works with cross functional teams and banking partners to optimize working capital flows.
• Supports treasury goals and various projects through financial analysis and collaborating cross functionally to accomplish goals.
• Global Cash Optimization - Liaises with accounting and tax teams to optimize cash position globally and recommend/ implement optimal funding, pooling and repatriation opportunities. Manage and implement liquidity strategy to meet objectives.
• Debt management- helps manage debt covenants and operations
• Supports corporate development activities (acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations) and capital markets transactions as needed. Support preparation of various management presentations including rating agencies, board committees and other ad-hoc needs. Utilize financial analysis to support these activities.
• Works with banking partners to ensure optimal banking footprint and proper authorities over accounts. Identifies and executes on operational efficiency objectives, including bank rationalization and automation opportunities.
• Enhances treasury policies and procedures - Understanding the controls, what risk is being mitigated and continuously improve.
• Optimize global treasury management system (Kyriba) for payment flows, reporting, forecasting and other cash management activities. Uncover and implement automation and process optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance/ accounting or related field required (Master’s desirable)
• 7-10 years of experience in treasury, FP&A, corporate finance, cash management and/ or banking
  Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
• Knowledge of treasury workstation such as Kyriba and bank treasury portals desirable
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and a strong desire to deliver results beyond the status quo

The annual base salary for this position ranges from 131,371 USD to 170,300 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
