This role encompasses maintenance, repair, and various preventive actions to ensure optimal operation within the Tri-State area encompassing Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and perform necessary repairs, including preventive maintenance on a broad spectrum of commercial and industrial boilers and related equipment.
- Expertise in combustion analysis, setting up, and troubleshooting a diverse range of burners across various fuel types, adhering to low emission standards.
- Proficient in performing hydrostatic testing to ensure boiler safety and compliance.
- Installation and maintenance proficiency with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems across multiple brands, including but not limited to Siemens, Johnson Controls, and Cleaver Brooks Hawk systems.
- Capability to start-up, program, and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) from manufacturers like Eaton and ABB.
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the boiler industry, demonstrating a profound understanding of boiler systems and their maintenance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hot water and steam boiler support equipment including deaerators, feed systems, blow down systems, economizers, waste heat recovery equipment, and other related pressure vessels.
- Proficiency in electronics, direct digital control (DDC) theory, airflow, hydronics, heat transfer theory, pH sensors, flow meters, electrical meters, and system control techniques.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely, documenting service reports that detail work performed and recommending further repairs as necessary.
- A commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to work in confined spaces and at heights, supported by a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and adherence to initial and ongoing drug screening protocols.
