Key Responsibilities-Efficiently schedule service appointments to ensure optimal routing of field technicians, thereby maximizing daily operational efficiency.
- Actively manage and prioritize incoming service requests, ensuring urgent customer needs are addressed with immediate attention.
- Serve as a pivotal communication hub between customers, field technicians, and internal departments to facilitate smooth execution of service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions to support effective service management.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm service completion, technician arrival times, and overall satisfaction with the service provided.
Qualifications : -Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably within a dispatch or coordination capacity.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and the capability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute.-Excellent telephone communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a bustling office environment.
