Hr generalist

Details :

• Manage talent acquisition process, including personnel requisition approval process, sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring requirements (medical exam, drug test, background investigation etc.
• and successful onboarding. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture and new environment;
• Perform benefits administration including 401K plan and support payroll process done by the paymaster in Canada
• Implement a company"s handbook on policies, procedures, and benefits in line with employment law and make recommendations to assure its competitiveness and harmonization between locations;
• Develop training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements;
• Create and update compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys;
• Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts;
• Support the entire management team relative to HR issues within their department;
• Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations;
• Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member;
• Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction;
• Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.
• Execute all other tasks requested by his immediate superior or required by the functions.

Job Requirements

Details :

• Bachelor"s Degree in Human Resources, Labor relations or related business field;
• 5-7 years" experience in a human resources position
• Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this
• information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law;
• Experience with creating a culture of commitment, collaboration and teamwork;
• Available for occasional traveling to other sites.
