What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAM/Medical Assistant Regional Trainer- Houston position at SynergenX?
General Description: The MA/CAM Regional Trainer is an additional job description to be performed in conjunction with the current job description. Regional Trainers will provide training and continuing education that contributes to the accomplishment of SynergenX Training goals and objectives as they relate to the training of employees. Providing motivation, promoting team building, embodying the SynergenX Core Values, and instilling these Core Values within their Region, is a must. The MA/CAM Regional Trainer will assist with evaluating and updating all training material to implement and ensuring the material is consistent with the company standards. MA/CAM Regional Trainer will be proficient in performing all duties and tasks inherent in both the MA Job Description as well as the CAM Job Description. Additionally, MA/CAM Regional Trainers will perform clinical and administrative duties under the direction of the Regional Director. Additionally, MA/CAM Trainers will collaborate either remotely or in person with the Corporate Training Team and Director of Training for the overall success of the Region and SynergenX as a whole.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (others may be assigned):
- Collaborates with the Regional Director and Corporate Training Team in training new hires and/or training existing staff.
- Reports training performance progress to Regional Director
- Follows up with other Trainers in tracking training progress if applicable.
- Utilizes and recommends updates to New Hire Training Checklist
- Trains new hires and established staff members to SynergenX company standards
- Stays up to date on company communications and assists with the distribution of technical information to the clinical sites and training working groups
- Completes & assists training courses and keeps up to date with the latest company procedures and processes
- Assists with compilation and submission of monthly statistics and data
- Participates on special projects with Corporate Training Team and Director of Training
- Travel to other Centers within the Region as needed by Regional Director, Director of Training or Lab Consultant
- Conduct Qualigen retraining, MA competencies, Bi-annual Instrument-to-Instrument and centrifuge verifications, and other lab oriented tasks given by Regional Director and Lab Consultant
