Experienced Detailer & Lot Tech for Auto Dealership

Synergize Auto is in search of an experienced, self-motivated and reliable auto detailer to add to our small family business team!

We're a family owned and operated dealership located in Dallas, OR.
We've been in business for 5 years and focus on providing quality pre-owned vehicles, excellent customer service, a no-pressure environment and being a dealership people can trust.

*The cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles is of great importance and a vital piece to our operation. When the customer arrives to our lot, first impression and looks matter a great deal and impact buying decisions.

What you will do - Essential responsibilities:

-Maintain and manage the Detail Station, Products, Equipment and keep an organized, clean workspace and productive environment.
-Work directly with the Reconditioning Manager to create an order for vehicles needing detailed and lot arrangement, keep list of needed auto detail supplies when running low, regular lot/vehicle checks to ensure vehicles are show ready.
-Perform Quality Details for vehicles including: Interior & Exterior and completing detail checklist for all vehicles.
-Assistance with picking up/dropping off vehicles at various locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Experience working as an Auto Detailer with preferred knowledge of detail products and equipment as well as exterior washing and basic waxing
-Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lifting heavy objects, walking/standing for extended periods of time
-Ability to work in a shop or outside for extended hours at a time
-Great attention to detail
-Someone reliable, honest, self-motivated, good with people, growth oriented and is a team player
-Possession of valid driver's license and Insurance

Hours: 35-40 hours / week

Schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am-6:30pm

Pay: $15-$17/ Hour depending on experience.

From our past experience with finding the right people for this position, we have come to find that it is important for this person to enjoy the detail process as well as working on or around cars.
