What you’ll be doing:

This role oversees all operations for the assigned location while supporting our local patron’s success. You can expect to hire, supervise and train staff along with managing day to day operations while maintaining location standards, excellent customer service and maximizing profitability. This position will also spend time working as a Mechanic during off-peak times. Our Location Managers set an example of customer service, focus, and leadership through professionalism and quality communication while fostering a fun culture!

We’re looking for:

• Agriculture background
• Valid CDL or willingness to obtain along with a good driving record
• Ability to operate Agriculture equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Extra awesome if you have:

• Degree in Ag Business/Business Management or other business / agriculture related field of study
• Personnel supervision experience
