National Finance Consultant

Synergy Direct Funding is a growing provider of financial solutions to businesses nationwide. We are currently recruiting financial sales agents to join our team in San Diego, CA. We are looking for experienced inside sales representatives in the finance industry. Experience in contract management, negotiations, or commodity sales welcome as well. Our team of seasonal sales professionals offer a wealth of ongoing guidance and training. Our goal as you grow with our companies is to provide real time, one on one sales coaching and guidance, enabling all of our agents to consistently achieve their goals.

Position Requirements:

Strong business acumen with excellent written, communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of general finance

Sales experience with a consultative, long term partnership approach ability to turn objections into commitments
Ability to maintain organization and priorities throughout the business day.

Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Sales force or other CRM experience is required.

3 to 5 years of sales experience (inside phone/commodity preferred) track record of success as a closer and surpassing quotas. (Recent graduates with a work history are encouraged to apply)
