Our organization is seeking a Practice Manager to join our primary care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Manage patient records and billing systems.
- Develop strategies to increase patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage financial operations of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Note: Cardiology experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,154.00 - $62,153.00 per year
