Job Summary for Regional Supervisor:
The Regional Supervisor is the Service Line Director’s representative to provider offices and hospital administration in the New Jersey area. This person ensures implementations of new programs are completed efficiently, in a satisfactory manner, and provides ongoing support of programs. The Supervisor relays feedback to the Service Line Director regarding client problems, requests, and general client status. The Supervisor confirms providers, provider office staff, hospital administration, and Program Liaisons are satisfied with SHP’s services.
Essential Functions for Regional Supervisor:
- Attends virtual or in-person meetings with hospital administration and/or provider offices to successfully implement new programs as well as provide continued support of programs
- Resolves escalated situations and provides consistent feedback and/or recommendations to Client Services Manager and Service Line Director
- Responds to provider questions or concerns through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails or support tickets submitted through Synergy Clinician
- Confirms appropriate steps were taken to resolve client concerns
- Ensures provider offices are consistent with the utilization of Synergy Clinician
- Monitors SHP program activity on a weekly basis and takes appropriate steps if areas of concern are identified
- Assists with special projects as assigned by Service Line Director
- Serves as back-up to the sub-departments of Client Services
- Utilize Support Ticket portal for tracking of external contact from clients/providers/offices
- Must maintain information and data in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Competencies for Regional Supervisor:
- Customer service, coding, billing, or other relevant healthcare experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent oral and written communication
- Possess analytical skills to solve client issues
- Has the ability to provide leadership for programs, projects, and services in support of SHP’s mission, values, and goals
