SYNERGY HomeCare offers :

• $350 Signing Bonus to CHHAs after 80 hours worked
• Pay range of $18 to $22 / hour for certified caregivers

• State Requirements - NJ CHHA or CNA (willing to take the 10 hr CHHA conversion class) for personal care cases
