We have an opening for an Assistant Care Coordinator who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking an Assistant Care Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency serving clients from New Haven to St. Albans.

Assistant Care Coordinator Benefits:

Experience – Two years experience working with the elder/disabled population preferred
