SYNERGY HomeCare, a leading private duty home care company, is seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our Marble Falls, TX office staff. This is a full-time, on-site, W2 position. Prior experience in the healthcare industry required. Private duty home care experience preferred. The Coordinator will be the first point of contact in the agency. The successful candidate will have an engaging personality, professional demeanor and attire, exceptional communication (oral and written), and top-tier organizational skills with an attention to detail. The coordinator must excel in office computing, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and have experience working in a HIPAA compliant environment. Bilingual fluency (Spanish) is a plus.
Recruiting & Staffing
- Recruit Caregivers (CG), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Assistants (HHA) for direct client care.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet position requirements, agency needs and Texas State requirements.
- Onboard candidates for their new position.
- Assist with new hire orientation and pre-assignment training.
Client Intake
- Take intake calls from prospective clients to determine their home care needs and provide education on our services and abilities.
- Work with the Administrator and Client Care Manager to coordinate the conversion of prospects to home assessments.
- Assist with the processing of prospects to active clients into the CRM system.
- Conduct periodic phone check-ins to gauge client satisfaction.
- Participate in the planning and execution of community events attended by agency to network and promote agency.
Scheduling
- Understand the home care scheduling process and linkages to recruiting and staffing.
- Provide back-up support for direct care scheduling based on client requirements and employee availability.
General Office
- Varied duties to include client and employee record documentation, filing, etc.
- Participate in on-call coverage as needed.
- Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the Administrator

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend on call (as needed)
