Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient flow within the office efficiently. - Prepare and set up patients for therapy sessions.
- Assist treating doctors in providing clinical care.
- Deliver examination processes, X-ray setup, and other treatment modalities. (Job Training will be done)
- Ensure a positive and comforting experience for patients throughout their visit.
- Embrace and promote a healthy lifestyle that aligns with our holistic health philosophy.
- Clean, organize, and set up work area and disinfect equipment after treatment.
- Instruct, motivate, safeguard, or assist patients performing exercises or functional activities, under direction of the clinic director and director of chiropractic.
- Observe patients during treatment to compile and evaluate data on patients' responses and progress and report to doctors.
- Ensures adequate inventory and patient related supplies are in stock.
- Informs Manager or designee of all patient/personal injury or unsafe situations, anticipated problems and unusual situations. Ability to be articulate, courteous and supportive in dealing departmental personnel, patients and parents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for health and wellness and a personal commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to new procedures quickly.
- No specific licensing required; however, priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse patients Demonstration of the basic clinical and non-clinical competencies
