Objectives of This Role:
- Assist in building and maintaining development tools and infrastructure.
- Help understand stakeholder needs and communicate these to the development team.
- Support efforts to automate and enhance development and release processes.
- Assist in testing, examining code, and analyzing results to ensure functionality and security.
- Contribute to the identification of technical issues and collaborate on developing software updates and fixes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in deploying updates and fixes, providing basic technical support.
- Contribute to building tools that minimize errors and improve the customer experience.
- Support the development of software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
- Help perform basic root cause analysis of production issues and participate in resolving technical challenges.
- Assist in developing scripts to automate tasks and improve system operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Some experience or educational background in software engineering or related fields.
- Basic understanding of C# programming language and .NET framework.
- Familiarity with database concepts and basic knowledge of MS-SQL or MongoDB
- Interest in learning software development practices and automation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong desire to learn and ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Some exposure to healthcare industry practices and regulations is beneficial but not required.
- Enthusiasm for learning more about Azure Cloud Services and web development technologies.
