Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in welding and CNC machining
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and production schematics
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
