Job Description

What do we offer?

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work on smart manufacturing or digital transformation related projects. You will get hands on experience in robotics, computer visions, RFID, firewall, digitalization tools such as historian, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) & data analytics tool.

 

Role & Responsibility

  • KEY: Support the regional operational technology team by designing and developing training content for Syngenta’s staff learning and improvement in the field of smart manufacturing & digital transformation. Training contents include media assets such as presentation, web content, videos, animations, games etc, and classroom training material.
  • Engaging both internal and external subject matters expert to understand user requirements (voice of customer) and gather necessary materials and insights to prepare the training content.
  • Design and create onsite training program by applying learning strategies.
  • Problem solving and time management skills to establish and meet department goals and deliver them by agreed upon deadlines.

Qualifications

Skills required

  • Self-initiative, resourcefulness, as well as good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Coherent and clear written and verbal skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Keen to contribute & not shy to share their thoughts with the team.
  • Strong interest with manufacturing and production operations.
  • Interested on new smart manufacturing technologies, sustainability, industry trends.
  • Experience with media content creation (web content, videos, animations) will be a strong plus.

Qualifications

  • Background of Instructional/Learning Design, Educational Technology, Engineering, Business, HR, media or equivalent education program are welcomed.
  • Candidates with DACE or DDDLP will be advantageous.
  • Proficient level with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Able to commit to 5 - 6 months full-time internship.
