Hourly/Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD salary

 

Additional Bonus and Commission Opportunities for this Role: Sales Incentive Plan

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life

As a Business Development Manager you will be well-versed in the art of complex selling by utilizing proven solution/consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. You must be extremely proficient in prospecting, networking and relationship building throughout client organizations to include all C-level executives. You must be an assertive over-achiever with strong communications skills, consistent track record of increased sales, provide proof of a quota over-attainment, and an industry reputation for competence, professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

The Basics

  • Total Years of Technical Experience: 10
  • Position Specific Experience: 7
  • Mentorship/Leads by Example Experience: 10
  • Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 7

 

Technical Sales Aptitude

  • Closing new logo average contract values of $1M - $5M/5k MRR and holding a monthly quota of 10-12K net new MRR
  • Past performance successfully selling:
    • Business Applications Services (ERP, Business Management Applications): Business Applications Consulting, Business Applications Implementation, Managed Application Support.
    • Data Insights: Business Intelligence and Analytics Consulting, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
    • Application Development: Custom Development, Quality Assurance, UI/UX Design and Development Services, DevOps Services.
    • Infrastructure Services: Full Outsourced IT, Cloud Advancement Services, Managed Security, IT Consulting.
  • Sold managed IT services (80%) and consulting (20%) with and strong levels of business acumen and organizational modeling.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas within an organization that sells managed IT solutions to mid to large enterprises, Min targets of $5K in monthly reoccurring revenue from new logo customers (not upsell, or account management).
  • Strong current network base
  • Ability to penetrate and leverage C-level contacts
  • Strong commitment to quality and service
  • Knowledge and understanding of specific vertical markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • This role will also require that you be able to pay incidental travel expenses, as needed, each month until we can reimburse you. Normal and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed on a monthly basis per company policy
