Job Description
Job Title: Solution Architect
Location: Remote
Rate: $100-$200 /hr
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight for the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in workshops with operational system owners across commands to gain an understanding of Supply Chain Governance (SCG) impact across the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Provide RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) expertise to team members performing data discovery/impact assessment.
- Support data discovery efforts by providing analysis of display and flow of sensitive data.
- Contribute to documentation, including project requirements matrix, functional and technical requirements, level of effort (LOE), mapping of data flows and business processes.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure solutions meet design specifications and requirements.
- Develop and maintain architecture artifacts including solution architecture, interface agreements, API specifications, and service-level agreements.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile methodology and other best practices.
- Work in a team environment with other solution architects, project managers, and developers.
- Serve as a technical lead on complex projects or initiatives.
- Provide support for federal and Department of Defense (DOD) clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise-level software development and architecture.
- Strong experience with RICEFW, SCG, ERP, and API development.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile methodology and other best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with federal and Department of Defense (DOD) clients.
- Experience with documentation of solution architecture, interface agreements, API specifications, and service-level agreements.
