- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and manipulating data for reporting needs.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL to extract, transform, and query data from various sources.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Server.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating complex data models, developing DAX measures, and designing interactive visualizations.
- Ability to convert business requirements into compelling data visualizations and stories that communicate insights effectively.
- Strong creative and analytical skills to transform raw data into meaningful narratives.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate data requirements and insights to cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Business Analysts, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset to work in interdisciplinary teams to bridge the gap between data and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with other BI tools or data visualization platforms is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated and proactive in staying updated with the latest BI and data visualization trends.
