JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to document changes made within an inventory (or anything related) that financially impacts the business. This position leads a team of cycle counters to validate the integrity of the facility inventory while keeping the Senior Management Team updated.
Responsibilities:
Run and analyze reports and documentation
Research and reconcile inventory counts and discrepancies
Analyze and report weekly adjustments (Ensure that all appropriate adjustments have been completed and are allocated to the correct buckets before week’s end.)
Manually and systematically perform stock transfers
Research customer / vendor credit claims
Process Return Manifest
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
4 years warehousing/distribution experience, including 2 years inventory control experience
Abilities and Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organization skills
Ability to lift 40-50.lb regularly
Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to learn new programs
Ability to operate a forklift
AS400 experience preferred
