JOB SUMMARY
The Sysco Senior Contract Pricing & Data Coordinator ensures that Sysco successfully sets, bills, and recoups all dollars owed by our corporate billed suppliers. Works closely with Sysco personnel, accounting, and business centers to maintain accurate records to flow from order creation to the billing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Sysco billing coordinators enter the correct free on board (FOB) cost, freight and earned income into the Sysco corporate billing system to avoid incorrect billings and earned income receivable problems.
  • Run pricing scripts  for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or periodic updates and ensure all orders are updated and confirmed accurately.
  • Work with relative purchasing administration, risk management and GSC Data Service teams to maintain Sysco billed supplier information.
  • Work with Sysco business center personnel, GSC Data Service, costing and risk management groups to correctly set up new corporate billed suppliers.
  • Convey cost changes and new items to sourcing, specialists, procurement, directors, and sites.
  • Communicate cost changes for Sysco corporate billed suppliers to Sysco produce team, sites and accounting.
  • Work with accounting and suppliers to resolve any deviated billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Resolve costing discrepancies with the supplier and Sysco.
  • Assist in settling Sysco billed invoice discrepancies
  • Establish and maintain correct cost files for Sysco corporate billed suppliers.
  • Assist specialists with incorrect confirmations from Sysco and get re-confirmations expedited.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for all Sysco billed suppliers.
  • Work with inventory control and purchasing administration to maintain Sysco billed supplier information


QUALIFICATIONS
Education

  • High School diploma plus one year of experience in purchasing or accounting.


Experience

  • 1 year of office experience.  Produce knowledge a plus.


Professional Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel with experience with Outlook is desired.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with various constituents.
  • Must be able to communicate with employees and outside business contacts.


Physical Demands

  • Work is sedentary.


Mental/Visual Demands

  • Must be able to read at distances close to the eyes, with or without correction.


Equipment Operated

  • Personal Computer, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRT, IMS system
