Summary:

The Analyst collaborates with Product Owner / Team and Data Engineering to deliver user stories focused on data, reporting, and configuring related systems; or performing other functional / technical tasks in a timely manner as per set quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates effectively with the agile team to configure software, reports, and analytics systems
- Supports the team in executing highly technical tasks according to the specific needs of stories during each iteration
- Participates in the daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to update progress, highlight and resolve impediments
- Ensures design and development standards are being followed to minimize rework
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements
- Develops relationships by listening and understanding, anticipating, and providing solutions to business partner needs, and prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Create reports, dashboards, and other visualizations on data
- Performs adhoc reporting, data extraction, and analysis
- Coordinates user acceptance testing with stakeholders
- Provides production support and helps drive down technical debt
- Completes required documentation to communicate information to deployment, maintenance, service, and business teams
- Develop documentation and provide training to users as appropriate
- Define potential improvement changes to resolve errors, prevent the recurrence of problems or improve system maintainability and stability
Mandatory Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
- 4-6 years of experience
- Experience with of SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tooling
- Basic understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development techniques
- Basic knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery practices

- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and business problem solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
