Job Summary:

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our cloud services to enterprise clients. You will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship and Service Delivery management:  

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their goals and expectations are met.  

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of cloud services to clients, ensuring service quality, reliability, and scalability.

Service Improvement / Risk management:  

  • Continuously assess service delivery processes and identify areas of improvement, monitor service performance, SLA’s, and KPI’s proactively addressing issues and bottlenecks.

  • Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery, ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards.

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present reports to clients and senior management on service performance, trends, and cost saving improvements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery processes and client interactions

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Client Expansion:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand services and grow revenue.

  • Work closely with sales team to develop proposals and drive business development.

Budget Management:

  • Collaborate with finance to manage the service delivery budget effectively.

  • Engage with teams to manage costs efficiently to reduce spend and increase profitability.

Education Required:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (ie) IT, Business or Engineering, MBA or related certifications are a plus.

Experience Required:

Proven experience (7 years) in service delivery management with a focus on enterprise cloud services.

Licenses/Certifications Required:

Work Equivalent Experience

Licenses/Certifications Preferred:

AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, GCP Cloud Security, CompTIA Security , Systems Security Certified Practitioner

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Project management expertise and familiarity with PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL).

  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus
