Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager – Casinos/Gaming Market is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and seasoned sales executive that currently sells to the Casino/Gaming Industry. Your primary focus will be generating revenue by acquiring new accounts and maintaining business throughout the market. This role will be responsible for selling/managing multi-million dollar Casino sales within the Textile category. If you are a self-starter looking to grow with an organization at the ground level for this market, this opportunity is for you!
This position is located in the state of Nevada and will also target gaming businesses throughout the United States.
This position will work remotely but the individual should reside in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- New business acquisition in support of Manchester Mills, consistently generating revenue from new accounts within the Casino hotel market, to meet or exceed the sales.
- Development of an overall territory plan and strategy that identifies customers and products needed to deliver sales targets by leveraging distributor relationships.
- Build strong relationships across a variety of customer organization levels and functions at target location properties (GM, Rooms / Operations, Housekeeping, Procurement).
- Prospect and hunt independently for new business opportunities. Gather relevant information about prospects to be used in the selling process. Leverage the strength of brands, innovations, and product features/benefits.
- With support from sales leadership, manage more complex selling situations, including determining the relevant stakeholders within a customer.
- Prepare textile product presentations.
- Participate as the manufacturer representative supporting the territory sales team in regional, district meetings, and Trade Shows (as needed).
- Use a CRM system to promptly and accurately document sales activities.
- Responsible for margin and category management.
- Provide industry/regional competitive insights and strategic feedback to the organization.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful Casino/Gaming sales experience in the Las Vegas market. Additional Casino/Gaming sales outside of Las Vegas market a plus.
- Experience selling to large, complex customers, some at their headquarter level, as well as with single and multiple location ownership
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a focus on New Business Development/New Account Acquisition including both inside and outside sales.
- Significant experience managing Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions
- Textile Experience preferred.

- Persistent with great follow up, strong organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and retain information on a large portfolio of products and brands.
- Ability to understand financial concepts (Revenue, Cost, Margin, Expense, Profit) and ability to appropriately use financial information to deliver profitably business growth
- Proficiency with basic computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM).
- Strong Analytical skills around multiple data systems.
- Self-motivated and enjoys working independently while ability to collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams in various locations.
