Administration Assistant/Warehouse Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Maintains the daily panel fabrication and delivery schedule.
- Categorizes inventory and completes inventory tracking.
- Assists the warehouse team with fulfillment and quality control.
- Works closely with internal customers to resolve issues.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with the warehouse supervisor and associates.
- Escalates issues to manager when necessary.
Qualifications and skills:
- Collaborates with colleagues and has excellent social skills.
- Demonstrates advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well independently and has strong problem solving, time management, and organization skills.
- Microsoft Office
- Administrative Writing Skills
- Inventory Control
- Driver’s License, Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to move around the warehouse.
- Deliver materials on rare occasions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
