What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at SYSMIND LLC?
Job Description: -
PC configuration of new and redeploying (used) PC’s in inventory.
4. Configuration of printers, network and wireless configuration. Re installation of softwares , applying patches, post installation validations of all activities
5. PC break/fix support - Assisting hardware warranty support and arranging appointments to have parts repaired or replaced
6. PC Asset support : Add, Move, change, update, Reassign of DEVICES (IMAC) . Knowledge on inventory Management
7. Ensure end user is able to track process from order to delivery and Procure necessary inventory / devices & Receive and store inventory at client facility
8. Platform configuration/troubleshooting/remediation - Document, troubleshoot, and remediate Platform errors, replication, and performance issues
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
- iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Desktop support: 5 years (Preferred)
