Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10 years of experience in Linux/Unix system administration.
Strong knowledge of Linux distributions such as Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar Unix variants (AIX, Solaris).
Proficiency with shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python).
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, etc.).
Understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS).
Knowledge of network services such as DNS, DHCP, NFS, and FTP.
Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Zabbix).
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer), LPIC (Linux Professional Institute Certification), or similar.
