System 1 is searching for a reliable employee to fill a Supervisor position in the North Carolina/South Carolina areas. This area is new to System 1 and will involve managing both subcontractors and employees. The successful candidate must work well with customers and teams, have a solid work ethic, and be able to pass a background check. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Availability: Weekdays during the day and evening, some weekends. Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Manage subcontractors in the area and surrounding states

· Work with customers to meet contractual requirements and customer satisfaction

· Research and find new subcontractors and manage accordingly, as needed

· Order and supply buildings as needed.

· Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards.

· Duties will also include trash removal * Cleaning restrooms * Low/high dusting * Floor cleaning including vacuuming, mopping * Maintaining safety/security of facility * Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas

· Other responsibilities as assigned by the AM or DOM.

Qualifications: Must have some experience in managing teams; Some familiarity in computer and office program use; Janitorial experience is beneficial but not required; employee must be physically able to perform all job duties as described including climbing ladders, stooping, bending, repetitive motion.

Company vehicle provided for business travel. Company Cell phone and laptop provided for business use.
