Responsibilities
- Procedure Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Answering user questions
- Supporting system administration
- Assisting with enhancements
- Leading process improvements
- Monitoring KPIs
- We are responsible for helping users understand the system, troubleshoot when the process is not flowing as expected, and working with the Software Provider to resolve issues.
- Prior experience with Aravo would be very helpful but not required.
- The individual needs to be able to understand process flows, troubleshoot, and have excellent customer service soft skills.
- Provide day to day business support for a new, centralized Third Party Due Diligence IT tool.
- This includes responding to inquiries sent to our central mailbox and providing live support during routine calls.
- Inquiries could result in educating users, troubleshooting, and/or working with the Software Provider for case submission and resolution.
Requirements
- The individual needs to be able to understand business process flows, troubleshoot, and have excellent customer service soft skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Experience with Outlook and Excel required.
- Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams.
- Aravo is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience.
